I wanted to post some photos of one of the coolest rides ever. Imagine close to 300 cyclists riding the streets of Minneapolis celebrating the 4th of July, but most importantly, celebrating freedom from the oppression of pants. Thats’ right, the freedom from pants bicycle ride in Minneapolis was a complete success. We rode around the city making stops in parks, Lake Calhoun, and finally stopping at the Powderhorn Park to see the 4th of July fireworks. I’ll keep the writing short, and let you enjoy the images. Suffice it to say that I was impressed by the amount of people that showed up to the ride, and the positive response from the community, including police officers. I highly recommend trying such a bike ride if you ever have the opportunity.
